Direct Feedback's office is fully equipped with state-of-the-art telephone and computer facilities that can accommodate any large or small marketing research project. Our call center utilizes 15 CATI workstations which are equipped with the Novell Network with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and Computers for Marketing Corporation's (CfMC) Survent and Mentor interviewing and tabulation software.

Direct Feedback's in-house focus group facility includes 1/2 inch stationary video and audio taping services. Upon request, the Company can provide BETA, 3/4 inch, Hi-8, Digital taping services and upon request…DVD recording.
